Our definition of wellness here at Na Sook , is that wellness is a lifestyle. For us it is the idea of living in balance between the physical body, the mind and the natural environment that brings about present contentment and happiness. It is the reason why we have created and environment where those 3 main aspects can be brought together.

Our aim

Buddhists believe that in order to achieve true happiness one must be mindful and still in the present, therefore our landscape, facilities and  services are all aimed to create this mindfulness with happiness lifestyle for our visitors.
