Na Sook Wellness Resort
Farm to table
With the natural land that we have, being able to grow, harvest and cook with our own organic food is the natural way of life for us. Our menu is centered around our garden and our truly southern culinary heritage.
Wellness
Food for medicine
In Thai culture and Thai medicinal therapies, food and medicine is one in the same. Herbs, vegetables, fruits and plants that are native to this part of the world can all be used to boost and nourish our health. This ancestral knowledge of medicinal plants has been passed on to us here at Na Sook to allow us to provide our customers not only with rare traditional food, but also the knowledge and health benefits or every single one of our ingredients that we grow here on site.
Forest Cafe
Coffee Corner
We’ve created a space for your peaceful tea or coffee spot at the top of our forest. A cafe with no walls but instead a curtain of the forest view, the second floor of the cafe is at canopy level, where you can see the birds mingling in the trees. We also provide a collection of books at our small library corner where customers can take out books or donate at their leisure.
Forest Cafe
Events
At our cafe we also host different work shops and events that are related to the community of the area. Our classical southern music and poetry reading event happens once a month.
Forest Cafe
Leaf plates
Being a forest, we have a large amount of organic waste, especially leaves. Other than composting at Na Sook we turn our teak leaves into plates that we use for food packaging. Designed for single use, these leaf plates can then be thrown right back into the forest or our compost with no harming environmental affects.
Wellness
Farm to table - back to farm
Composting plays a huge part in our food and waste cycle. We collect food scraps and organic waste on our property and turn it into rich soil for our crops using 2 different types of composting. This allows us to grow food all throughout our property no matter the terrain.
